1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the website owner, O. T. Odnovolov (hereinafter, the Operator).

1.1. The Operator regards the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family secrecy, as its most important aim and a condition of its activity.

1.2. This Operator’s personal data processing policy (hereinafter, the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://sustavs.ru

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data by means of computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);

2.3. Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, that make them available on the internet at the network address https://sustavs.ru

2.4. Personal data information system – the set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that process them;

2.5. Depersonalisation of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible, without using additional information, to determine whether personal data belong to a specific User or other personal data subject;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data;

2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://sustavs.ru

2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited group of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of a foreign state, or to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irretrievably, making it impossible to restore the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the physical media of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

3.3. E-mail address.

3.4. The website also collects and processes depersonalised data about visitors using internet statistics services.

3.5. The data listed above are referred to together in the rest of the Policy by the general term Personal data.

4. Purposes of processing personal data

4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to clarify the details of an order and to provide detailed information.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events.

The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator a letter to the e-mail address sustavs@gmail.com marked “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.

4.3. Depersonalised data about Users collected by means of internet statistics services is used to gather information about Users’ actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if the User fills them in and/or submits them independently through the special forms located on the website https://sustavs.ru By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes depersonalised data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (saving of cookies and use of JavaScript are enabled).

6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation on the protection of personal data.

6.1. The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to personal data.

6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be passed on to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation.

6.3. If inaccuracies are found in the personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator’s e-mail address sustavs@gmail.com marked “Updating of personal data”.

6.4. The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification by e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address sustavs@gmail.com marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. Before starting any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The User can obtain any clarification on questions concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by e-mail at sustavs@gmail.com .

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
